Howdy-Do Hemp Oil when used with Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint will harden within 30 days to provide a beautiful revived, durable, water resistant finish.  Hemp Oil dries to a matte finish and will not produce a gloss or even much sheen. 
 
The applicator pads are a must when using this.

How to use Howdy-Do Hemp Oil
Start with a clean, dry surface. First, clean with White Lightning. Apply a small amount of oil to your surface using an applicator pad, cloth or brush. 
 
Rub gently until it is absorbed by the raw wood or chalk mineral paint. Allow two hours to dry.  Apply 2-4 coats if desired for additional sheen and protection. Wipe excess after twelve hours.
